New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Wednesday asked the Aam Aadmi Party government if the odd-even recipe that is being tried in Delhi could be twisted up by Friday.
While listening to an appeal on the matter, the court asked the Delhi government, "What is the need to proceed with the plan for 15 days... can you end the odd-even arrangement by Friday?"
The court noticed that because of inadequate open transport in the capital, individuals are being troubled after the usage of the odd-even equation for 15 days starting January 1.
Further, terming the Delhi government's status report on contamination levels as obscure, the High Court requested that the legislature record a crisp report containing information on contamination levels in the capital this week.
The guidance for the Delhi government, in the mean time, told the court that they require more opportunity to order contamination information from better places in Delhi.
The advice, then again, said that the odd-even recipe is working and has been extremely generally welcomed by the general population.
"Starting information indicates diminishment in contamination level," the court was educated.
